Sprout works with Canadian employers to enhance their existing employee benefit plan so that employees are supported on their unique journeys to parenthood. The Sprout team engages with employees through an online platform where members can access family-building advisors and specialists, process benefits and claims to pay for their care, as well as learn more about their reproductive health and family-building options.
